Le Wagon Shenzhen: First meet at Huaqiangbei - The world's largest electronics market

We had a great time for this first meetup! Thanks to our partner and good friend Henk from TroubleMaker, who showed us around Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei market before an intense 9-week camp.

Famous as the next Silicon Valley of China, Shenzhen's economic output is ranked 3rd among the 659 Chinese cities behind Beijing and Shanghai. Tech giants like Huawei, ZTE, and Tencent all got their starts in Shenzhen, and 11 million entrepreneurs here seem to be on the way up.

Huaqiangbei of Shenzhen is the largest electronics market in the world. All kind of companies come to this specific venue to source parts of their projects, and prototype new businesses!
